Staff terms
Qbit OPS Staff Terms of Service
01
Authorized access only
Qbit OPS is a private staff system for approved Qbit Games personnel, approved contractors, and approved operators. Access is allowed only for legitimate work assigned by Qbit Games.
You may not access Qbit OPS if your access was not approved, if your role was removed, or if you are using someone else's account, device session, cookie, token, or credentials.
02
Roblox account identity
Staff access uses your verified Roblox account identity. Your Roblox UserId is treated as the stable external identity for access review, audit trails, and permission decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your Roblox account secure. Report lost access, suspicious sessions, or unauthorized use through the approved staff channel immediately.
03
Acceptable use
Use Qbit OPS only for approved moderation, support, live operations, analytics, publishing, security, staff management, deployment, and operational work.
Do not bypass permissions, probe routes outside your role, tamper with logs, misuse exports, run destructive actions without approval, or use staff tools for personal, competitive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
04
Confidentiality
Non-public Qbit Games information must stay inside approved staff systems and approved communication channels. This includes game operations, player records, economy data, security events, staff records, incident details, roadmaps, source code, infrastructure details, and business information.
Do not leak, sell, publish, screenshot, record, copy, export, or share confidential information unless your role explicitly requires it and the destination is approved.
05
Security and sessions
Qbit OPS may enforce session checks, role checks, object-level authorization, origin checks, rate limits, audit logs, and lockdown controls. These controls are part of the service and must not be bypassed.
You must sign out from shared devices, avoid untrusted browsers or extensions, and avoid storing exports or operational records outside approved locations.
06
Actions, approvals, and accuracy
Staff actions should be accurate, necessary, and proportionate to the operational task. Add clear reasons, case references, or evidence when the workflow asks for them.
High-risk actions may require additional approval, review, or rollback planning. If you are unsure whether an action is authorized, stop and ask before proceeding.
07
Availability and changes
Qbit OPS may be updated, locked down, rate limited, monitored, or temporarily unavailable for security, maintenance, deployment, incident response, or operational reasons.
Qbit Games may change these terms when the staff system, legal requirements, security posture, or operational processes change. Continued access after an update may require renewed acceptance.
08
Violations
Misuse, unauthorized access, confidentiality violations, attempts to bypass controls, or unsafe handling of operational data may result in revoked access and additional action available to Qbit Games under policy, contract, or law.
Continue only if you are authorized and agree to the current staff requirements.
